The role

As Head of Entertainment, you are responsible for the strategic development, curation, and execution of all events, music programming, and technical production. You act as the creative force behind the venue’s atmosphere, ensuring every event delivers the right energy and guest experience in line with the brand. In close collaboration with the hotel and marketing teams, you ensure seamless execution, strong brand positioning, and memorable entertainment experiences.

What will you do?

As the Head of Entertainment, you are responsible for:

  • Curate and develop unique event concepts, themed nights, and signature experiences that reflect the identity and atmosphere of the venue while staying aligned with global trends in music, lifestyle, and luxury beach club experiences.
  • Oversee the complete event journey from concept to execution, including guest arrival, peak moments, and event closing, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience throughout.
  • Curate and manage line-ups of DJs, live artists, and performers, maintaining strong relationships within the music and entertainment industry to secure talent that matches the audience and desired atmosphere.
  • Handle artist and talent management, including contract negotiations, bookings, riders, logistics, and on-site hospitality, while building long-term relationships with artists and agencies.
  • Lead and supervise all aspects of event production, including setup, rehearsals, sound checks, live operations, breakdown, and coordination with external production and technical partners.
  • Ensure top-level technical execution of all events by overseeing sound, lighting, stage design, AV standards, technical suppliers, and resolving any operational challenges during events.
  • Collaborate closely with Hotel Management, Guest Relations, Operations, and F&B teams to ensure events are seamlessly integrated into the overall guest experience and daily hotel operations.
  • Work together with the Marketing and PR teams on storytelling, branding, event promotion, artist exposure, social media impact, and content creation that reflects the energy and identity of each event.
  • Manage event, production, and entertainment budgets responsibly by negotiating fees, optimizing spending, and supporting revenue growth through strong event concepts, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

You also bring:

  • Education in Hospitality, Event Management, Entertainment, or similar is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end events, nightlife, or entertainment production
  • Strong sense of music, atmosphere, and crowd dynamics
  • Proven experience in event curation and concept creation
  • Established network of DJs, artists, and industry contacts
  • Experience with sound, lighting, and event production.
  • Strong collaboration skills across operations and marketing teams
  • Commercial mindset with negotiation experience
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
