The role

As a Customer Experience Agent Reservations, you are the face of The Kontiki & Bon Bini Seaside Resort and play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience. You are the voice and face behind the reservations of The Kontiki and Bon Bini Resort. Together with your colleagues, you create an exceptional guest experience and deliver service at the highest level. Even before guests pack their bags, you’ve already made them smile.

Where will you be working?

As a Customer Experience Agent Reservations, you will be working at The Kontiki Beach Resort. An organization where everyone contributes with their unique qualities, working together as a team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

In this role, you will report directly to the Revenue Manager.

What will you do?

The Customer Experience Agent Reservations is responsible for:

  • Handling, processing, and confirming reservations, including group bookings
  • Answering questions via email and phone, always with a smile
  • Advising guests on rates, availability, and facilities
  • Resolving issues effortlessly
  • Actively selling additional products and services (upselling)
  • Managing and updating the hotel reservation system
  • Checking and keeping information up to date across all channels
  • Monitoring hotel occupancy and managing allotments
  • Performing accurate checks in preparation for arrivals

  • Minimum MBO level of education and thinking
  • Flexibility in availability
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (Spanish is a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • A hands-on mentality, even during peak moments
  • A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
