As a Shop Sales Representative at IBZ Mode, you are the face of The Kontiki and you play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience. You are the first point of contact for our customers, and you make sure they feel welcome and inspired. With your enthusiasm and eye for detail, you keep customer satisfaction high and naturally stimulate the sales of our stylish collection.

Where will you be working?
As a Shop Sales Representative, you will work at The Kontiki. In the role of Shop employee, you will be directly accountable to the Shop Manager.
What will you do?
As the Shop Sales Representative, you are responsible for:
- Selling clothing and/or accessories
- Creating a good atmosphere in the store
- Administrative work, ensuring correct closing of the cash register
- Answering customer questions
- Advising clients where necessary
- Thinking about marketing or advertising campaigns
- Ensuring an optimal customer shopping experience
- Resolve any issues with customers
- Taking care of the store’s stock
- Ensuring a neat and clean workplace, storage space and shop
- You issue staff clothing to new employees

- Has knowledge of clothing and style.
- Has good communication skills.
- Has an excellent command of Papiamentu, Dutch and English (Spanish is desired).
